Wedding Attendant

The Wedding Attendant is responsible for helping create a welcoming, organized, and enjoyable experience for wedding couples and their guests. This position supports the event team throughout the wedding, assists with guest needs, maintains the appearance of event spaces, and helps ensure that the event runs smoothly and according to company standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist the couple, their wedding party and wedding guests in a friendly and
    professional manner.
  • Assist the Event Manager and event staff with wedding-day setup, service, and breakdown.
  • Help direct guests to ceremony, reception, restrooms, parking, and other event areas.
  • Monitor event spaces and help keep them clean, organized, and presentable throughout the
    event.
  • Assist with tables, chairs, décor, signage, guest books, gifts, and other event-related items as
    directed.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized ceremony and reception area.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest questions and requests.
  • Communicate guest concerns or special requests to the Event Manager or appropriate
    supervisor.
  • Assist with transitions between ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and other scheduled activities.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude throughout the entire shift.

 

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality, events, weddings, restaurants, or customer service is
    preferred but not required.
  • Must be dependable and punctual.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and remain active for extended periods.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying event schedules as required.

Golf Cart Attendant

The Golf Cart Attendant is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and organized golf cart operation while providing courteous and professional service to guests. The attendant ensures the cart is properly staged, cleaned, charged/fueled, and ready for use.

Essential Duties & Responsibilites:

  • Greet guests and provide professional and courteous assistance.
  • Inspect cart before and after use for visible damage or safety concerns.
  • Report damages to management immediately.
  • Keep cart clean and presentable.
  • Maintain cart keys and equipment in a secure manner.
  • Assist guests with loading or unloading items when appropriate and safe to do so.
  • Follow all safety rules and operating procedures.
  • Assist with general grounds or guest-service duties when requested.
  • Communicate problems, incidents, or guest concerns to management promptly.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous hospitality, golf, recreation, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Valid drivers license may be required depending on company operations.
  • Ability to operate golf cart safely and responsibly.
  • Dependable and attentive to detail.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull supplies and equipment.
  • Ability to work outdoors for extended periods.
  • Ability to safely enter and exit golf cart repeatedly throughout a shift.

Dishwasher

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen and dishwashing area. This position supports the kitchen and service teams by ensuring dishes, utensils, cookware, and work areas are cleaned and available when needed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilites:

  • Wash, rinse, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
  • Operate the dishwashing machine and/or wash items by hand according to company procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area throughout the shift.
  • Remove trash and recycling and maintain appropriate disposal procedures.
  • Sweep and mop floors as needed.
  • Clean and sanitize work surfaces, sinks, equipment, and other assigned areas.
  • Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and organization.
  • Maintain adequate supplies of soap, sanitizer, towels, and other cleaning materials.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation requirements.
  • Handle cleaning chemicals safely and according to instructions.
  • Report broken equipment, damaged dishes, unsafe conditions, or supply shortages to
    management.
  • Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing supplies when needed.
  • Complete closing cleaning duties as assigned.
  • Maintain a professional and cooperative attitude with all coworkers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Photo Booth Attendant

The Photo Booth Attendant is responsible for providing a fun, welcoming, and professional experience for guests using the photo booth. This position ensures the photo booth area remains clean, organized, and operational while assisting guests with the equipment and maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Essential Duties & Responsibilites:

  • Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service.
  • Explain photobooth operation and assist guests as needed.
  • Ensure props and accessories are clean, organized, and properly displayed.
  • Monitor the photobooth and surrounding area throughout the shift.
  • Keep the area clean, neat, and free of clutter.
  • Monitor equipment for proper operation and report any issues promptly.
  • Follow procedures for starting, operating, and shutting down equipment.
  • Assist with troubleshooting minor equipment issues when appropriate.
  • Protect company equipment and property from damage or misuse.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory of props, supplies, and other materials.
  • Communicate guest concerns or equipment problems to management.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Assist other departments when needed and as directed by management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.

Weekend Security & Facilities Attendant

Lochwood Manor is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Security & Facilities Attendant to ensure the safety, cleanliness, and proper closing of the property during weekend events. This role is essential in maintaining a secure environment for guests while protecting and preserving the venue’s grounds and facilities. The ideal candidate is observant, proactive, and takes pride in ensuring the property is properly secured at the end of each event.

Essential Duties & Responsibilites:

  • Patrol the property throughout events to ensure guests remain in designated areas

  • Prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas

  • Address minor concerns professionally and notify management of any issues

  • Maintain a visible presence to support a safe and secure environment

  • Responsible for properly closing and securing all event areas including:

    • Turn off all exterior lights

    • Ensure HVAC/AC systems are turned off as directed

    • Close and secure all windows

    • Lock all doors and access points

    • Confirm battery packs are collected and stored properly

    • Remove and store handicap signs and traffic cones

    • Ensure dumpster lids are fully closed

    • Empty trash receptacles as needed

    • Empty Cigarette receptacles

    • Walk the grounds to confirm no trash remains on the property

 

Qualifications

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Comfortable working outdoors and walking the property multiple times per shift

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently

  • Professional demeanor when interacting with guests and vendors

  • Prior security, facilities, or event venue experience preferred but not required
