Lochwood Manor is undergoing significant renovations to enhance its historic charm and modern amenities positioning it as the premier wedding destination in the region. Boasting a rustic-luxe aesthetic, additional enhancements include: refacing the main building, exterior hardscaping, addition of a bridal salon and lounge to the bridal suite, additional parking for 75-100, a 3 bedroom Manor House with sleeping room for 8 guests, a secluded pavilion tucked in a wooded nook seating up to 200 guests, and more.
With our May 2025 Grand Opening right around the corner, we are busy adding the finishing touches that will breathe fresh air into our historic property.
Main Barn Transformation
The Main Barn is being meticulously renovated to blend rustic charm with contemporary luxury, creating a versatile space for various events. New siding and floor to ceiling windows have been installed bringing more light, charm, and a fresh new view at Lochwood Manor. The Mezzanine space in the ballroom has been opened to reveal the stunning exposed wood roof above for a more spacious, airy, and timeless feel!
Mini Barn Bridal Suite and Salon
Our Mini Barn is the perfect getting ready space before saying ‘I do.’ With spacious hair and makeup stations, there’s plenty of room for your entire bridal party and glam squad to get ready with ease. Sip champagne, share laughs, and enjoy every moment as you prepare for your big day in a beautifully designed space made just for you.
Pavilion Enhancements
The pavilion is being transformed into a stunning backdrop for ceremonies and receptions, featuring lush landscaping and thoughtful design updates. Still to come: hand craved bench seating, additional stone enhancements with a colored dye application to the walkway and pavillion to make them refreshed and matching.
Arnold’s Lounge
From pre-ceremony hangs, to post-vow toasts, Arnold’s Lounge offers the perfect space to relax, celebrate, and make unforgettable memories. This space has really come together with beautiful furnishings and decor.
Photobooth Camper
A one-of-a-kind photobooth perfect for capturing unforgettable moments at your Lochwood Manor celebrations! With her retro exterior and cozy, fully-equipped interior, she’s the perfect setting for any event, from weddings to parties, where guests can step inside and create unforgettable snapshots.
