New owners embarked upon this labor of love and have been hard at work rebuilding and rebranding this historic Skippack property back to its original splendor, with a modern luxe twist. Renovations: Blending History & Modern Luxury
Lochwood is undergoing a beautification process that will position it as the premier wedding destination in the region. Boasting a rustic-luxe aesthetic, additional enhancements include: refacing the main building, exterior hardscaping, addition of a bridal salon and lounge to the bridal suite, additional parking for 75-100, a 3 bedroom Manor House with sleeping room for 8 guests, a secluded pavilion tucked in a wooded book seating up to 200 guests, and more.

The journey of Lochwood Manor began with a vision and a love story. New owners, Paola Bukovcan and Steven Schulentz, visited the property after their own wedding ceremony and took a photo right beside the iconic red barn. A few months later, they would purchase the property and embark on the journey that has been bringing Lochwood Manor back to life! After months of hard work and a few additional helping hands, we are so excited to see what this new year brings for Lochwood Manor!
